Howdy folks, the name’s Jackson, and I am coming at you with a whole website dedicated to my love of oysters. Yep, for real. I am what the cool kids would call a ‘foodie’ (or so I’m told), and without a shadow of a doubt, my all-time favorite food is seafood, more specifically, oysters.

I have done a lot of research, traveling, and tasting when it comes to oysters, and feel as though I am something of an expert when it comes to these deliciously slimy delicacies. Since the Southern USA is the motherland of all things oyster-related, much of my eating of oysters has been done here. From fried oysters to oysters with pasta and even oysters I have caught and cooked myself, you name it, I’ve had it. All this knowledge and experience got me thinking - oysters have such an (unfairly) bad reputation, as do many other seafood dishes and I want to change that view! 

My passion for eating oysters led me to think up a website where I can share some of the best oysters I have ever had, as well as advise on how to eat them and shuck them for those foodies who are curious. That is where the idea for BossOsyter was born. So, whether you want to find out the best oyster bar or restaurants in your city, or learn how to cook them yourself, I got your back. Trust me, I am a willing tester!
